The showcase performance is always the highlight of our Fundamentals of Acting Course where students can apply everything that they learned and are put to the test.
For this showcase we decided to opt for a
short film performance instead of a live performance. A live performance comes with its own set of challenges as you have to conquer stage fright and you only have one chance of getting it right.Shooting it as short film we have to become aware of camera angles, close, wide, medium, and adjust our performance accordingly. The whole technical part of lighting and sound poses other challenges.
I am proud to have led these dedicated performers to this showcase.
